1. Shipping Destinations
Zorca Jewels ships exclusively within India. We deliver to all major cities and towns across the country. However, there may be certain remote locations where delivery might take longer or may not be possible. If you are uncertain about delivery to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options within India:
- Standard Shipping and the cost will be calculated based on your delivery address and the shipping option you choose.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs within India are determined by the shipping method you select, the total weight of your order, and your delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to be updated.
7. Delivery Restrictions
Zorca Jewels does not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas within India. If your delivery address is flagged as undeliverable by our carrier, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery service is unable to deliver the package due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect address details, they may leave a notice for rescheduling. If the package is returned to Zorca Jewels after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment (additional fees may apply) or offer a refund for the product(s) only, excluding the shipping charges.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Zorca Jewels takes great care in packaging our products, but we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [zorcajewels@gmail.com/8925189031] so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
10. Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building security, or any other location where the package may have been left. If your package remains missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
11. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you will need to follow our return process once the item is received.

On rare occasions, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather, regional restrictions, or carrier-related issues. Zorca Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will do our best to provide updates and resolve any issues.
